Prepare to be wowed as you step into Links house. A luxury haven flooded by Dorset sunshine, contemporary design and lavish touches are order of the day here, ensuring it’ll be a holiday home to remember.

Situated only a 5-minute walk from the prestigious Parkstone golf course, this striking home is in an enviable location a short drive away from the seaside town’s beaches. Inspired by its coastal location, Link’s house is a tranquil retreat which sleeps ten to twelve.

As you enter through the front door you are welcomed by a large reception and open planned kitchen area, the open-plan living space, is a calming environment. The modern fully-fitted kitchen includes a full range of Bosch appliances with a luxury quartz worktop, while the large dining table comfortably seats 10 to ensure guests can sit back and enjoy the views into the garden. There’s an additional sofa, and wall-mounted TV for when you tire of the outlook. For a true indoor/outdoor experience simply pull back the bi-fold doors.

There’s a separate cosy living area which boasts all the essentials for a cosy Dorset night in; two chunky plush sofas, a HD Smart TV and contemporary log-burner.

The cosiness continues upstairs where there are five well-appointed bedrooms and four bathrooms including a family bathroom on the top floor. The master (1) and the loft (5) bedrooms both have super king beds while bedrooms 2 and 3 have double beds one with an ensuite shower room, bedroom 4 better suited for children has a bunk bed that can sleep 2 which also has access to a Jack and Jill styled bathroom ensuite.

The space carries on outside into the large garden with artificial grass, shower, a football goal for the children and a seating area with bar to enjoy your Dorset evening with a barbeque or wood fired pizza.

Additional children’s beds or cots can be added into any bedroom.
